Hi, I'm 30 years old. My face is usually acne prone so due to certain factor which I'm aware of like humidity, hot weather , spicy food(rare), having milk & mangos im facing acne issues (red acne on my cheeks) since last one month. Remedies I'm working - 3-4 times washing face with Rustic neem face wash, applying only Khadi Aloe Vera gel twice a day, applying Pernox(10%- Benzol peroxide) in the night. Still the acne is as it is or even gets worse at times. My menstural cycle is normal. Kindly advice to overcome this issue. (No medicines)

My lips are peeling always even in summers, even if i apply lip balm/chapex it will always get whitish afyer 4-5 days and peel off... help please Sometimes after peeling off it feels like sour to taste and red lesion forms.. Only with lower lip mostly
