Lump in groin area at the top v junction

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have been seeing lump at joint from past 2 months, some times it vanishes sometimes comes back and it hurts when touched , when it shrinks in size it doesn't hurt , it almost vanishes after 3-4 days but it sometimes comes back ,see the pic for the region I am talking about . Whom to consult for this ? And what is causing this ?
