Red Rashes on the skin all over body
My son has small small red rashes and some pimples all over his body for last one month, me and my wife showed to the pediatrition at the start he said to leave it as it may and even after a week said to do the same but later for the third time I asked him he said to wait and watch for another week and even then if it doesn't go I should consult a skin doctor. I am attatching the photo. Please help .
