I've been having skin fungal infection on and off for a few months to almost a year now. Had been advised on Practo only to take oral meds(itraconozole) and apply medicines(fungicross). Nothing is helping and is only getting worse.

I have a 10-year-old scar from a blade cut on my forearm. The scar is fully healed but still visible — it appears slightly raised, light in color, photo enclosed. I have a dead skin spot on my right hand upper side on forarm for almost two months. I’ve been applying a paste made of lemon, baking soda, and Colgate toothpaste, but I haven’t noticed significant improvement.
