Current action (based on suggestions from friends who got good results) I am using Wishcare Hair Growth Serum and Mamaearth Anti Hairfall Rosemary Shampoo/Oil I have started a daily diet of mixed nuts/seeds (almonds, chia, flax, cashew, walnuts) for nutritional support (biotin, zinc, omega-3, vitamins, etc) Goal: Please guide me on the potential cause and suggest a medically sound treatment plan. I am hesitant about market supplements/products and prefer professional guidance.
