Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From almost 2 months a reddish lump size of a 1 rupee coin and a small white head is appear in my butt. It feels pain when press and no other symptoms. If I sit in a chair for long time it gets big and painful and othertime recovers. I first thought it's a boil but now it dosent seems like a boil.

In recent days I am getting too much pimple on my face and tiny bumps are there all over my face will you suggest me how can I return gid of these pimples

Hello Doctor, Mera face kaafi time se uneven tone aur pigmentation ka problem hai, khaaskar mouth ke around aur nose ke neeche. Nose ke upar ka area comparatively fair hai, lekin neeche kaafi dark aur dull dikh raha hai. Maine pehle No Scars cream (approx. 1.5 saal) aur Glycolic Acid 6% cream (4 months) use kiya, ab main Dr. Seth’s sunscreen daily apply karti hoon. Abhi tak visible improvement nahi ho raha. Mera skin bhi thoda sensitive ho gaya hai. Please advise karein ki kaunsi cream/active ingredients main ab use kar sakti hoon, aur kya skincare routine safe hoga for my pigmentation case. Myself a medico of 2nd mbbs.Im facing Severe Hair fall from past 5 years and I Used many things(shampoo's)and followed many natural methods too but none of them have shown results.I was in fear of getting bald type of problem because of this hairfall but there's no familial history of that. My hair was so dry and with full of dandruff, i didn't get rid of this dandruff any of the time in this 5 years. I just noticed dark circular pimple like structure in my left thigh portion of leg. No pain on touching
