From few days I'm feeling itching in my leg. In other leg too I feel. But one leg is so much more that I have scratched and I got wound all over. I'm attaching my picture. What could be the reason??

I was diagnosed with PCOS a long time ago. Due to which I started experiencing hair loss to an extent and I don't have much hair left in the front side of my head. Currently using minoxidil 5%+finasteride 0.1% solution during day and  redensil at night . Having protein rich diet . Using ketokonazol anti dandruff shampoo 2 times a week. I am attaching pics as well please guide me with a routine and medicines for my hair related issue hair fall , hair greying, hair line receeding, hair thining Its getting severe and I want to stop it.
