Acne pigmentation and acne scars are two different issues. Scars are pits or depressions after acne heal. The best treatment option is laser scar resurfacing . For pigmentation, skin lightening creams are available. Kindly consult for better management.

Hello you! I understand it must be frustrating for you ; at your end to go through the dark spots or what if the scars will ever go ? But then stating so, there is no clear medication which can be suggested to you at this Q-A forum (as it will stand medically illegal to prescribe without seeing your grade of scar )
