I’m a 25-year-old male with oily, sensitive skin and chronic dandruff. I recently started a full skincare routine to treat facial tanning and pigmentation using niacinamide, AHA/BHA peel, vitamin C, PHA toner, walnut scrub, and sunscreen. Within a few days, I developed 3–4 large, red, painful pimples on my cheeks. They are now severely inflamed with whiteheads, intense burning, and bleed painfully on touch or friction. My skin has become too sensitive to apply even gentle products or cleansers. I’ve completely stopped all skincare. I also have recurring dandruff that returns every week despite using ketoconazole, salicylic acid, and anti-fungal shampoos. I suspect the dandruff may be worsening facial acne or causing fungal flare-ups. I want to know if I can apply Clindamycin or Fucidin on broken or bleeding pimples and which soothing cream will help skin healing. Also need step-by-step guidance for dandruff treatment and safe reintroduction of skincare for tanning.

I have seborric dermatitis affecting scalp hair , now its start affecting beard area, using ketoconazole but not effective. What other medication should i use ?

I am recently developing red round rash spots (not in clusters) on hands shoulders and legs that are non itchy and blanches when pressed. These spot usually goes after a week. Hello, my toddler 2 years , keeps getting a red patchy rash on his inner thighs and parts of his legs since 2 months,It comes and goes after applying seteriod cream which is prescribed by doctor.There’s no fever, and he rarely itches. I’ve noticed the rash sometimes appears after he eats nuts. Could this be a food allergy, or should I look into something else? Please advise.

My 6 year old daughter has a tiny blackhead like bump on her face. It's not causing any discomfort and doesn't look serious, but it resembles a blackhead. I am suffering from symptoms somewhat related to jock itch but it's persistent to occur after a few weeks. I apply candid powder twice a day on a daily basis. The redness subsides and heals. But after sometime it again occurs in the form of cuts (like the skin was healing and it got abruptly stopped) . I wear loose boxers and its still no use because my thighs are bit fat. And also my pubic area has hair which I trim occasionally. Please help me regarding this issue.
