Hello doctor, I’m Sneha, 20 years old. I consulted a dermatologist in August for acne, open pores, and dark spots. I was prescribed Dermadew Acne Soap (twice a day), Clindac A gel (evening), and Persol cream (night, only on acne spots). Recently, I noticed my skin is getting itchy and the treatment seems to be leaving dark spots. Should I stop using these products? Also, could you please suggest which serum or cream would be best for my skin concerns? Is niacinamide suitable for my condition?

I'm hear for my son. I visited many doctors but no solution. The problem is . When he get I'll . Like fever . Doctor recomend paracetamol.. then allergy start from the first day. His eye lid started  blackening sometime it get worse and wound .. and small black dot on left cheek. Spreading till paracetamol taking period. What kind of problem it is.. and what is the solution plz
