My daughter is  8yrs old,my daughter born very fair in colour, still 2yrs back she was fair, but now slowly she is getting black skin tone, now her skin tone is changed to black colour, what can I use cream for daily purpose, plz answer

Etan-G cream ( Clobetasol Propionate & Gentamicin Sulphate cream) by menarini    - this cream is affordable to me.        2. Whit-Care skin treatment lotion by mark cosmed India  ( And was told to sit in the sun for 10 to 20 min after applying it)             3. D'vacos multi vitamin body moisturizer. ----- After lesions are gone they leave a white mark and these white marks are all over my body, and new lesions come after every 3 weeks. So i was thinking if I can use these 3 medicines on my own from now but what will be the duration of it, how long can i continuously use each medicine so they don't affect my skin and cause harm, help

What is the solution of skin tags around neck area, and eyelid . Can it be removed by some medicine? What are the other solutions
