Should i use aroma care pearl glow triple whitening night cream during pregnency or pro whitening cream which one is safe

I’ve been dealing with recurring red rashes in the groin area for several months. The rashes appear where the underwear touches the skin. When I apply  antifungal cream( clobetasol propionate.05%& salicylic acid6%), they go away within 2–3 days, but they return again in just 2-3 days . The area becomes itchy, irritated.Kindly suggest a proper diagnosis and a permanent solution. Attached images for reference, please help
