Cyst on the back of the neck hair line appears 3 year ago but it grows like size of grapes should I concern or not

I got scar with pigmentation below nose due to skin picking 10 weeks back . I applied glyco 6 cream for past 25 days advised by doctor can is use glyco 12 cream and what is the use of glyco 12 cream. For complete fading of pigmentation it takes how many days. Atleast I want that pigmentation to go within 3 months  I have attached my scar picture as it below my nose i am concerned about it

I had acne marks for which i used melalite 15 tretinoin and derma cream last december but i had pih which i got to know via a dermat then i used triluma and still the pigmentation got reappeared after stopping ... now my dermat use dermalite and skinlite cream with steroid ... still i have uneven skin tone ... I am a collg going girl and i wish to have a faster resolution to all these problems can't i opt for any procedure ??

I have been facing eczema from one year on my right toes and recently I was on homeopathy medication then I got fever and took antibiotics then it spread on my toes badly.the doctor said due to antibiotics and homeopathy medicine it got allergic reaction and stopped the medicine..now I dont know what to do it's been more than two weeks nothing much happened but the reaction got faded a bit..what to do now??please help me

Hello... i am getting red ichy bumps all over my body from past few days... firstly my skin gets red and ichy then when i stratch my body after 1 or 2 days red ichy bumps appear. Currently there are 7 to 8 such bumps all over my body... quite worried what is the reason and what are these bumps called and is anything serious because there is not insect or mosquito bites, it's happening by its own again n again... uploading the photos of the bump.

I had oral sex with someone in may. After that I had sex with my wife in periods. In June I was facing a balanitis. I had gone through the treatment for augmentin 1000 and forcan 150 for 8 days by a urologist. but no solution pimples like fordyce skin coloured still there. Then I went to another urologist with my std panel test done on 17 July 2025. I got chlamydia igg 0.37, hsv 1 &2 igg 0.50 and igm 0.63. He gave me valcivir 1000 and doxy 100 for 5 days. now I got some pain in my left testes. I was diagnosed with grade 2 varicocele. I went to another mbbs md doctor, he gave me lobate gm cream and fungal med. But no solution. He changed my med with tenovate cream and luliconazole cream. now I have some red dots on penis and it's become rash next day. I have stopped using creams except luli cream. Doc gave me valcivir 500 twice a day , levofloaxin 750 one. I retested myself before taking these medicines again on 22 aug. now chla igg 0.40 and hsv igg 0.50 igm 0.73. Am I herpes infected ?
