I have these two moles, one on my stomach and another one on my right knee...suddenly i noticed black dot or black spot on both of them and also grown hair in it...i googled about it and it shows cancer and now i am terrified of this black dot on my moles..what could it be..is it normal..is it because of grown hair black dot has appeared ..please tell me..i have severe health anxiety and this is impacting my daily life as I'm unable to focus on any thing ..every time i am concerned about these .i am panicking too much thinking of these...please help me ...i have attached the pictures as well
