My mother at age 55years is suffering from heavy allergy . Now she had big rashes on hand neck and back area . She have allergy in those area. After doing heavy allergy bloods also come We have visited many dermatologists doctors but not seeing significant relief

I have pimples and skin damage (not clear) on my face.. so i went to dermatologist. She suggest me some cleansing lotion, and moisturizer and salicylic acid spray. She gave me some steroid desonide lotion 0.05% is it safe to use.. I'm very much affraid to use this on my face.. I don't have any eczema on my skin.. is it safe to use.. she says use this for 10 min for 4 days, next 20 min for next 4 days, and 30 min for next 4 day.. is it safe

Hlo doc , I have uneven skintone to brighten my face I started to use Kojic acid and it worked well , I wanna use retinol cause I have dark circles which are stubborn and my T zone and near cheek bone I have little pigmentation and skin is very dull . So for these I wanna start retinol . Is it good to start , which strength should I start , better to go with serums or cream
