Red spots on penis and its itching and also white wound near leg joint in underwear area also its itching on ball sack

I am a 27 year old female and have been noticing a slow growth of leg hair and armpit hair after shaving. Earlier within a week I had hair growth, this time it is taking more than a week or two to sprout the hair and feel on the hand. What could be the cause of it? Also suffering from hair fall and slow growth.

The area around my lips get extremely dry and patchy,i try to keep myself as hydrated as possible but no cream seems to work. I had this problem 6-7 years ago but it has started again. The doctor prescribed maviderm along with mometasone. Should i start applying it again?

My husband having so many moles all over his body especially on hands and legs.One hand having more than 15 moles all are tiny black spot like moles.But two moles on his leg is different from other moles.One is on thigh and one below knee.Is this normal growths?Kindly check pics attached.

My mother has red spots on her leg at different places. Initially those spots use to bleed and now they are brown bruises. Its been a while almost 4 years since she has had this problem now. I wanted to know if its a serious issue or needs to be taken care immediately. Someone diagnosed it as varicose earlier do you also think its the same thing? Also she is a little fat which gives more intuition towards varicose. Please help.
