She's having itching in anal region since more than two  months. It mostly happens at night. When she scratches it then maroon spotting appears in her underwear. At night the itching feels like something is biting that's what she told me. What steps should she take to get rid of it.

I suddenly noticed small small black dot on my mother's birthmark which is on left thigh..and  freaked out as i have health anxiety and bad habit of googling..i told my mother..she takes it very lightly and she said with age this happens..but i am very scared for her..she doesn't even let me take picture if her birthmark...but i have same as her exactly on same place..so I'm adding picture of my birthmark which is same as her to look into and get idea...just the difference is she has small dot on birthmark...please give suggestion
