Hello sir/madam, I am 28 years old and I am sometimes seeing the red rashes or spots on both hand fingers attached the image of the red spots with no symptoms other than mild to normal itching very rarely, is it anywhere related to sepis or any other blood or any serious or dangerous health problems and also will it cause any serious health issues or spread to other organs or parts and cause any cancers or any serious health problems ?
