Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I've struggled with hyperpigmentation around my mouth since I was very young. I've seen several dermatologists over the years, but unfortunately, none have been able to offer a truly effective solution. One dermatologist even mentioned, somewhat indirectly, that this type of pigmentation is often permanent. To rule out any underlying causes, I got tested for PCOD, but the results came back normal. I also had my hormone profile checked, and everything was within the normal range. At this point, I'm not sure whether I should keep searching for a cure or simply come to terms with it.

Does Dark circles reversible if it cause due to iron anaemia and vit b12 deficiency .If I make lifestyle changes will it be reversible

I consulted dermatologist of Practo in 27 /6/2025 for scalp priutus and doctor recommended levocetzine and allegra for oral consumption and fusiwal cream for application and one shampoo but the problem still persist. What should I do now

My daughter has dark spots because of some allergic rashes which she scratched and it took time to heal. My dermatologist prescribed Demelan LSA cream for the dark spots to vanish. Can I apply that on the wart scar also.

I’ve been noticing hair thinning lately. After I take a bath, my scalp becomes clearly visible, and even when my hair is dry, it still looks very thin. I’m really worried about it. I get a boil or lump near or just below the anus every 2–3 months, and sometimes even more frequently. Every time it appears in a different spot. It becomes swollen, painful, and when I press it, pus and blood come out. Sometimes the infection feels worse, but it usually heals on its own. However, this keeps happening again and again.
