Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have had this problem for the last 2 -3 months , The first Few days I felt like itching in my foot.slowly I got rashes on my whole body with itching. And feel like tightness in my palms . What kind of allergy is this. How can I find this? I think I have having some food allergies? Can anyone tell me what to do in this situation?

My baby has red rashes around her mouth area (upper lips, chin) her paediatrician told that it happening due to her saliva and told to keep the area dry and apply moisturizer. But it's been 4 months now, there is no improvement and infact it's getting triggered more sometimes. I don't know how to deal with it. It's itching so badly that she is getting very cranky and irritated. Please help me, it's so painful for me to see her in this condition.

I recently got myself tested through a STD panel. I just routinely get it done as i am sexually active. I havent had any sexual encounter in the last 6 months. The result showed HSV -1 IgG and IgM as negative. Also my HSV -2 IgG was negative but my HSV -2 IgM came back as positive with a value of (13.3). I do not have symptoms nor did 6 months ago. Rest of the panel came back negative. What should i do, should i be worried? Whom should i consult to? Thank you

I've been on oral finasteride for 3 months, along with topical minoxidil combined with finasteride. Recently, I stopped the oral finasteride and am continuing only with the topical. Now, I'm noticing healthy hair falling out, including some of the newer growth. I'm unsure if this is just another shedding phase or if I'm starting to lose hair again.
