I am facing severe burning,redness
Yesterday night one of my pimples on the cheek popped so i washed my face and used moisturizer and rubbed isopropyl alcohol trom dettol and slept i an hour i woke up and havent slept since my skin is facing severe burn,i applied some boroline and washed my face after breakfast swelling has healed a little yet it still hurts all round my lips,chin and cheek. I dont have the money to consult a dermatologist locally and dont know what to do

1. Do not pop your pimples, causes more damage than help
2. Do not use dettol on your face , can cause burns .
