I've been experiencing tiny bumps on my right cheek and a few on my forehead for a while. And now, the right cheek where the tiny bumps are has turned a little red with a slight burning sensation. There's also a red pimple that has cropped up. I have no history with acne (my skin has always been dry to normal) but off lately, my skin has been very sensitive. Not sure if it's rosacea or something else. The left cheek is completely clear. Kindly help me understand what I can do to make it better. Attaching an image for reference.
