Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

As you can see those small blisters like on penile shaft, it is painless not itchy. I have no complaints regarding it. But because of that my foreskin has become tight as you can see circumferential tightness all around the penis in semi erect. I can't retract my foreskin  in totally erect. It becomes red during erection. Any opinion what is this blister like thing and how to get rid of it? And to treat tightness around the foreskin. Is it normal fordyce spots? ( not sexually active)

My daughter is 6 yr old . She has redness of scalp only at back of head for past 6 months . No itching . Dr scrapped the redness under light . At that time white flakes coming . What is the ressson . Whether fungal causes focal scalp only one localised redness . Remaining scalp are normal colour . Dr prescribed flucaconazole 150 mg tablet for 19 kg child on alternate days . Pls suggest . Her blood report CBC and AEC are normal . Whether fungus can cause only one spot redness while other areas are normal .

My daughter is 6 yrs old . Two years back while head shaving I have noticed redness area over back of head and nape of neck . Now also same place the redness is there . Is it necessary to use cleaner toner serum moisturiser sun screen if yes please suggest for oily skin past from 2 month i am facing this issues first was too pimple so i used salicylic acid after they gone but I received scars but now too worst. Last month i started salicylic acid face wash and azelic acid gel cream at night but i ended this cream azelic acid and started to used the derma co kojic acid 2%.
