My face Is full of acne dark spots open pores and tanning please suggest me what can I do..i aslo think because of my harmonal issues it may be happening..

I got this when I used to wear my sandles since August till last month. My sandle sometimes feel little tight around the 1st and 5th toe of both legs. Also my legs are quite sweaty. Please tell me how to get rid of these dark patches ? It feels like i got some skin disease.

Hi I am 36 old.. I had a black spot beside forehead found today.. It is hard and black colour. I dnt feel it is like a mole. Plz let me know what is it. And y it happen so. . My forefinger and middle fingers' knuckles have shown sudden darkening on both of my hands also my toes are getting darkened What is the cause of this darkening  can this darkening be reversed , I have fair skin color. I am not undergoing any treatments neither I have any allergy Please tell
