Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Doctors, My son who's 7 year old 4 weeks back had a blister in his right foot 4th finger, this has now developed into a thick dark 2 mm lesion, doesn't look like it will fall off anytime soon either. Does anyone recognise what could be this? He had issues with his shoes that was slightly cut off at that finger area, which we have changed, but most likely it could be a trigger. Any help is appreciated.

I have recently got a small white spot on my left hand and around 10-15 spots on my right thigh. When visited dermatologist she informed its IGH but i noticed spots are increasing in number Is it harmful or anything more concerning?

I am facing hair loss at my eyebrows and scalp( around 20) , public area and inside nose I have no patches in my whole body so what it means is it alopecia and if yes than what to do

My 9 years old daughter have 5 small hypopigmented lesion on left side of trunk since 5 months.lesion are stable no further progression.No lesion on face.all lesion have same level of hypopigmentation with round in shape . previously give antifungal ointment.but not responding.please guide me.?

From the last two months a white horizontal line appears on the lower lip including dryness and peeling of lips everyday. I use NMF lip balm but problems still persist. Is it something serious. Photo attached.

Fish bone got pricked under nails. it got stuck and is hardly visible. its paining . i remove the fish bone but may be partly its stuck under the bails

Hi Can I use T-Bact cream [not ointment as both options are available in the market] for glans ulcer. As there is written external use only. I doubt whether I should use it or not. Although I am applying on the skin only but it is too sensitive. Please suggest I should apply it or not or suggest better option if possible.

Sticky feeling with bad smell at groin area. Due to stickyness some times feel uncomfortable while walking and running.
