Hi Can I use t-bact cream for glans ulcer? As there is written for external use only. Although I am applying on the skin only but it is too sensitive.

I am facing hairfall from past 2 years, I tried 2 ways to treat it - 1st home remedy but I was serious 3 months- (twice a week bhringraj serum, twice a week head massage with castor coconut oil then clean with reetha shampoo, once a week bhringraj curd hair mask) I followed proper high protien diet with extra curry leaves for vitamin e and biotin, with gym workout too, I saw slight improvement but not much. Then 2nd I tried ayush MD products for 3 months (containing ayurvedic mixture of hair thinning preventer, hair oil and hair booster(some vitamins, zinc and biotin) I didn't trusted the products but I was seeing good changes, my surroundings also didn't noticed hairfall(may be they didn't notice) but since I was not sure about products I stopped it 1 month ago During this one month surrounding started noticing hair fall, balding crown Additionally I am facing anxiety and stress from 2 years because of my career and having sleeping disorders I don't know it's genetic or stress related

Can we apply/use rosemary oil as haircare routine for 12+ yrs old,if yes please share dilution ratio with carrier oil(coconut)..can I add Meethi and curry leaves to it??
