Red spot on penis including itching and white wounds near ley joints inside underwear and itching in ball sack from 10-15 days

Hello doctors, Im facing this problem from last 15 years. My upper body above from waist, is sweating very little, but the parts under my waist( thighs, bumps,legs, back thighs) produces so much of sweat. I have consulted to so many doctors but nothing found. Because it's a rare condition and nobody knows about it all Can any one help me this. It's so annoying and in my life it's the biggest headache for me in last 15 years.

From about 3 months, I have been seeing dandruff like formation in the spot where you now see yellow coloured pus like formation in the picture (a little below my nose). I was ignoring it so far but its increasing and also giving me a burning sensation when touched. Could someone please suggest what it is, and any possible treatment.

Iam getting acne on lower face and it's painful and irritating and it's very big like cystic And iam planning for pregnancy So I can't take medicines Any suggestions on this that how I can control lower face acne

Since a long time my nailside became yellowish and peeling skin nail side...I thought it's fungal infection so I took antibiotics and all but it does work and vitamins supplements also does not work...why??

I have these red swollen painful bumps on my legs in side area of knee on both legs , which are very itchy and have spread in the last 2 days. Am applying calamine lotion but no relief.

My acne were too deep and after getting the treatment I don't have any more acnes on my face but I still have got a lots of red acne scars. I tried a lot medicine and gels but nothing worked. Whenever I go out, my face turns red and it makes me very insecure about it. What should I do?
