Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctors, I have been noticing small round flakes in my hair. A few years ago, I took treatment for dandruff which included Keto Z lotion and MycoBloc Shampoo. Should I start it again? Is it safe to do so? It also made my hair more soft and no issue was reported as such.

Hello doctors, I've noticed that my elbows, knees, lips, under eyes, knuckles, joints of my fingers and some parts on my body are dark. It isn't tanning, I consulted a dermatologist once and she said it's hyperpigmentation but she prescribed MesoDew Lite, something that doesn't work on lips and also makes my skin burn. Please prescribe something for oily-combination skin for lightening.

Ive been having very oily scalp and dry hair. Like, if I dont shampoo every day, my scalp starts to feel itchy and oily, but my ends are getting damaged, they feel veryyyyyy dry. Please advise.
