Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have lot of pimples and puss pimples on my butt I have taken medicine prescribed by dermatologist but when I stop medicine it occur again how to cure it from internally so pimples don't happen again and also because of this I have lot of darkness and dark black spots on butt also want to cure that.

Started with continuous itching & now have cuts due to scratching & the whole area is white burning
