Acne Scars Treatment
I have long-standing acne scarring on my cheeks with depressed/indented scars (mostly rolling and boxcar types), enlarged pores, uneven texture, and some post-acne dark marks. I do not have severe active acne now, but I occasionally get small bumps or follicular irritation. My skin is on the drier side. I am looking for fast and effective treatment options such as subcision, microneedling/RF microneedling, or laser, and I want to know which combination would give the best improvement in my case.

From the photos you have submitted, few minor acne lesions are visible and also post acne pigmentation.
Procedures targetting the above mentioned lesions are very helpful, but along with usage of sunscreen and moisturizer will be more beneficial.
