Small blisters on hand, palm area and fingers in both the hand with itchy and hand is warm like burning sensation

I have pigmentation around mouth and forehead..also my skin type is dry with t zone oily area but not that much oily.. haemoglobin levels are optimal (13.7g/dl).. also skin texture is not smooth

Hello sir/ma'am My skin especially on the cheeks and forehead have closed comedones which turn into acne (not all but some) I am using a proper Skincare routine including a retinol serum but they are really stubborn and new comedones do form. Is it better to use Tretenoin or adapalene ? Thank you

Hello ma'am/sir I get closed comedones often and on cheeks and forehead, which gets converted to acne (some do ) ,  retinol I am using for closed comedones, and they keep coming back. I want to ask what could cause them to come back as I am eating healthy and hydration is good too, no comedogenic things I am using, and why do they take so long to disappear I never had any skin issues, but comedonal acne My skin is not oily (no oil produced on the surface) but rather normal-dry Please reach out and answer this query Thank you
