Post partum hair loss
I'm on 4 months postpartum. I'm facing severe hairfall since 2 weeks . Previously I had vit D and Vit B 12 deficiency ( other tests are normal ) I would like to take some vitamin supplements which are safe for breastfeeding moms. Currently i'm taking tablets - COARCIMIN and GLONIA prescribed by my gynac. I never had this huge hair loss in my entire life . I know its a postpartum hairloss still it's very concerning . I wash my hair daily during sunny days and alternately on rainy days. I use Coconut hair oil and mild shampoo. I haven't done any kind of chemical treatment on my hair recently . I have no other issues like dandruff or scalp itching . My sleep is also not proper now a days. I'm too much stressed about this hairfall.I need some solution ASAP otherwise I'll get bald very soon.

Post partum hairfall is a reversible condition. However you can test iron and calcium as well to rule out deficiency. Kindly consult for other reasons of hairfall and management accordingly.
