Vitamin D was only 9 ng/ml
I have been feeling very off recently and got my tests. Vitamin D was low. I took Uprise D3 and feeling better 4 days ago. Now I am feeling some symptoms again. Can i take Uprise D3 again? Since i have been asked to take it once a week only or is it safe to take it every four days?
