I am experiencing hair loss and recently took a blood test, which revealed that I have diabetes (likely genetic). My Vitamin D level (25-hydroxycholecalciferol) is 4.34 ng/ml.
Additionally, I struggle with stress, and my blood pressure fluctuates between normal and high.
I need guidance regarding my hair loss and would like to know if I can safely use minoxidil and finasteride. Also, I need advice regarding my Vitamin D levels based on my health records.
