Hello I want to know about best collagen and also basic skin care for dry sensitive skin for daily life.

Hello everyone! I want maintain a good  skin routine and also want to take supplements. Right now I am using Excela (moisturizer), Dermaco 10% vitamin c (with niacinamide) and something if go outside I use Sunscreen spf 50. In supplements I am taking Krill oil. Suggest me supplements and what more should I add in skin routine. (For Retinol, green tea etc)

He has had psoriasis on scalp for 1.5 years, consulted a dermatologist with proper treatment, but still it reappears. Even currently facing this issue,. Pls help.
