I have some spots over my penis since the age of 15 and its still same as before after 20+years. I once see doctor for this he told me it's vitiligo but when i compare mine symptoms with penile melonosis and its look it match better than vitiligo. Now i odd about it and needs to get it remove with treatment or surgery. Any recommendations or suggestions?

I have weird acne growing on one part of my face, it is not regular acne that I get, it is very stubborn and is not going away, but definitely increasing in size. I can see puss growing inside it now. It is slightly painful, and I'm afraid its spreading. It has been there for almost 2 weeks,growing slowly. I clean my face twice daily with a normal facewash and don't really use any specific cream for my face, mostly aloe vera gel. Can someone please recommend an over the counter solution for this? Firstly I had pityriasis rosea in july. Till the time I was taking medicine, it was ok, otherwise its very itchy. I think the infection has not yet disappeared. But The itch hasn't stopped till now. I feel burning sensation in my legs, arms too. The arms are more red than before, itchy and white spots are also seen on my body like arms, tummy, legs, nowadays. I am worried about them. There are rashes on my legs too! Sometimes I think, few minute blood spots are also there under the skin on my arms, between fingers, or some other areas, but they fade after 2-3 days. Kindly give proper guidance.
