Skin infection (10 Month Old)
Hi Respected Dr.
I’m reaching out regarding a skin infection on my niece’s face (10 year old) that has been persisting for the past four months. Despite using the "Miconazole nitrate cream IP 2% w/w" cream as prescribed during a previous consultation, the infection seems to be worsening.
Could you kindly check attached image & advise on the next steps or suggest any further treatments?
