Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have noticed sudden red marks on my kid leg . My kid is allergic to dust mite and he is having asthama also. Please check and tell me what is that mark I am really worried it is on leg only

At the age of 22 almost my 40 percent of hair became white. Hair growth and density is good but, too much whitening.

On the back side of the foot near ankle there is a hard skin which is very painful. The pain is such that she could not even walk a few steps. The yellow coloured hard skin(as in pic attached) is the problem.
