Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

For about one month, I have had severe itching in my vaginal area, inner thighs, groin, and now it has spread under my breasts and to both underarms. After itching, black patches and small boils appear. The itching keeps increasing even after keeping the area clean and dry. Duration: “It started about one month ago.” Progress: “It began in the groin and inner thigh area and spread to the under-breast and underarms.” Symptoms: Itching ( getting worse day by day) Small boils in groin area in iteching part Darkening of skin Burning sensation after scratching Other issues: “No fever or discharge, but the itching is very strong.”

Itching and burning below my knee last 45 days .I delivered a baby on 28 July 2025 after 20 or 30 days ,itching was started and it extend in night.please suggest me treatment and what kind of desease is this , please tell me.

My sister unknowingly used Funzi NM cream without a doctor’s supervision for about 45+days, thinking it would help my skin. After stopping it, she developed small rashes, blackheads, and whiteheads on my face and neck. About 20 days ago, she visited dermatologist, who prescribed Acne UV 50 sunscreen, Nilac gel, Niawhite serum, and Glotamin tablets. Within the next two weeks, her face became extremely swollen and round, with painful cystic acne, inflammation, and swollen lips. She also noticed mild swelling in the lymph nodes under my chin and behind my ears. As a result, the doctor added Tab Augmentin 625 mg (twice daily for 5 days), Pantosec, and yesterday prescribed Zinase-D (twice daily after food) and Omnacortil 20 mg (after breakfast for 3 days) in response to my complaint of pain and the severe condition of my face. It has been a very painful and distressing experience. I would like to know how long it will take for her skin and swelling to fully heal and her to recover.

Since last 10 months I am suffering with intermittent dry, red and inflamed lips and surrounding area on my lips. I have shown dermatologists also. Some suggested using odour free lip balm, which I did. Left using lipstick or any makeup in the mouth area. As prescribed, I apply fusidic acid cream and combine desonide when there is irritation and excess redness but this is all temporary for couple of days. I have reduced consumption of spicy food, left eating prawns and reduced consumption of eggs as advised by 1 doctor. But that is not helping either. I am not sure what is the cause and I am worried because this constant dryness and redness impacts my daily life. Kindly suggest.

Doctor, I am having hairfall since last 2-3 months, my hair partition looks wide now, I want suggestions for best hair serum for stopping hair loss and promote new Hair growth, my scalp is oily also.

I have some infection in my ears. I clean it everyday properly but i see a layer of fungus like it is not properly moisturised i tried applying my moisturiser as well but of no help.
