Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My face is not have glow and matching to my other body parts also i have got small pimple like bump near by dark circles and it has been more then a year it is not going

My sister has black and purple spots all around her mouth and lips and black spots all around her eyes. There were pimples all over his face. When my sister uses My Fair Cream, everything goes well and as soon as she stops using Cream, she starts having all the problems on her face again. He has this problem since about 2-4 years ago. This problem increases a lot during summer time.Many pimples appear on the dark spots due to which pus flows along with the pain. Please suggest a good solution as well as a good medicine and cream. Across past few months I knew there was some skin issues in inner thighs under gentials but felt may be due to summers and sweat and extended sitting hours. I felt like cracking skin or skin coming out at times. Today observed closely and it's scary. Color of entire region got changed as if it was burned . Define was some infection which dried down with time. Attached few pics

Hi All , I did a HIV combo test 4th gen (ab/ag) on 57th day after a protected sexual exposure and the results are non reactive, on the report it is mentioned as " screening test " , can I consider this screening test as conclusive on 57th day , or should I take one more test ?? Please advice
