Acne, enlarged open pores, dark spots
Hello doctor, I’m Sneha, 20 years old.
I consulted a dermatologist in August for acne, open pores, and dark spots. I was prescribed Dermadew Acne Soap (twice a day), Clindac A gel (evening), and Persol cream (night, only on acne spots).
Recently, I noticed my skin is getting itchy and the treatment seems to be leaving dark spots. Should I stop using these products?
Also, could you please suggest which serum or cream would be best for my skin concerns?
Is niacinamide suitable for my condition?

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
