3 years before My dermatologist suggested VITA GLOW ADVANCED CREAM for skin whitening it gave me amazing result . after that i stopped using Can I continue this cream. Im afraid of any mercury or steriod presence. Please help me can i use

I get itching especially near ankles and head periodically every month or so for 3-4 days. I apply lot of moisturiser and oil but relief is temporary. Please advise. Can this be related to digestive problems?

Whit-Care skin treatment lotion by mark cosmed India  ( And was told to sit in the sun for 10 to 20 min after applying it)             3. D'vacos multi vitamin body moisturizer. ----- After lesions are gone they leave a white mark and these white marks are all over my body, and new lesions come after every 3 weeks. So i was thinking if I can use these 3 medicines on my own from now but what will be the duration of it, how long can i continuously use each medicine so they don't affect my skin and cause harm, help
