I have noticed a patch on my scalp where the hair seems thinner, and the skin underneath is slightly visible. There's also mild redness, and I’m not experiencing any pain or severe itching, but I am concerned about possible hair loss or infection.

I am afraid to use feneceride and minoxidil Are thier alternate and safer ways to reverse my hair problem?
