This appears to be a keloid or hypertrophic scar formed after the injury. Such scars cannot be removed permanently with medicines alone, but their appearance can be significantly improved.. I need more history to prescribe you medicine. So consult. So that i can prescrribe and this improve with it.

It’s a hypertrophic scar
with medication it’s difficult to remove
