White creamy substance developing under
Since a few months i noticed that some smelly white creamy layer gets accumulated just under the foreskin. I clean that thing daily and this way I don't feel any other symptoms but if I forget to clean it for 1 full day then next day again i do see a small layer. It doesn't get itchy when cleansed regularly but if left uncleaned for a day or two it starts getting itchy a bit and accumulation increases. Can somebody guide what exactly it can be, it it some infection? And which specialist can help with it like dermatologist or some other?

Detailed history and clear images are required for correct diagnosis and treatment. And yes smegma should be cleaned regularly. It's accumulation is a favourable condition for infections.
