Since a few months i noticed that some smelly white creamy layer gets accumulated just under the foreskin. I clean that thing daily and this way I don't feel any other symptoms but if I forget to clean it for 1 full day then next day again i do see a small layer.
It doesn't get itchy when cleansed regularly but if left uncleaned for a day or two it starts getting itchy a bit and accumulation increases.
Can somebody guide what exactly it can be, it it some infection? And which specialist can help with it like dermatologist or some other?

it is fungal infection
in uncircumcised men with underlying condition like diabetes it is common
it is reversible with proper treatment
need some history and clear photo for proper management
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
Detailed history and clear images are required for correct diagnosis and treatment. And yes smegma should be cleaned regularly. It's accumulation is a favourable condition for infections.
