Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been experiencing hair fall since 2 years... In 2019 I started witnessing a bit of hair fall towards my temple region of my forehead and seeing that started home remedies and some ayurvedic products. I still saw no results. I have also used hair products like hair cream and gel pretty no. of times and baldness is also there in my family history. In 2019 I even developed hemorrhoids/piles once again with blood in my stool. I had it previously when I was 5 years old. This time no homeopathy helped so I consumed Ayurvedic medicines. In the same year 2019 December to August 2021 I had done a lot of experimentation on my hair and results were 0 but with more and more hair fall. From home remedies to applying Q sera hair serum. I also have severe dandruff or I don't know in medical terms what it is but it's with patches of flaky skin and itchiness and redness(which also I could never treat. It comes and goes). My lifestyle is unhealthy too. Please help me doctor. My recent pics here.

I have tried Neutrogena spf 50 and Reequil Oxybenzone free sunscreen (non-comedogenic) for just once each. Every time after applying sunscreen, my face gets this weird burning sensation. Even today I applied reequil sunscreen and even after 9 hours I have slight burning sensation. Is that how it works? I'm a beginner and never used a sunscreen before. Just want to if this is right. If not, what sunscreen should I use?
