Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello I have recently consulted a dermat for my hair concern. Im having around 50strands as an average hairfall also sometimes it increase 50 to 100strands also I have hair breakage issue. My hair breaks and cuts into half and I won't get long hairs. They suggested a tablet and hair serum for hair strengthening and regrowth. Keragloeva tablets and capixyl hair serum which I feel is too costly. Can anyone suggest me some better medicine with reasonable cost. Please cannot consult dermat again too costly

I've had a keloid on my back the size of an almond for 12 years now. It happened after i scratched a pimple long time ago. Sometimes it itches and hurts when I sleep on it, and sometimes it gives me a dull pain. So far it has not increased in size. Should I be worried?

Extreme hair fall since 2019 resulted in thin hair. Curly hair with dandruff, soggy scalp makes it hard to manage. I have been using KZ lotion 2% for 4 months on an alternative day basis, with occasional gap. My scalp seem to scrape in scales after a day or two of continuous use. However, when skipped scalp becomes soggy and fungal problem returns. Hair fall has become a cause of concern as because of thin hair I can see my scalp skin. Hair growth is slow although I see many new hair in my hair line area. The hairline seem to be receding.

I am 24,Male. I have a history of moles. My whole face is covered with atleast 15 small & big black mole. They are flat, they are not bumpy. And in past 1 year,i have grown atleast 6 new black moles on my face and 20+ new black moles on my whole body. They are still growing. Their radius is increasing day by day. I am still growing new moles each month. Any solutions. Note: All of them are flat. They are not at all filled with anything. Completely flat.
