Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having severe hairfall after delivering baby my bby is 4 months old starting from 4 th month I am facing severe hairfall is that any solution to stop hairfall plZz tell me I am worried

15 days back I sensed small area of dry skin raised at some places in my scalp. When I removed it, it was slightly sticky when I pressed on that area. After that, I also observed fine dandruff at one or two places specifically. Other area of scalp is clean. It doesn't itch or irritate. But it has increased its area on scalp. I am not sure , what it is and how to go about it. I have started using ketakenazol after I saw the dandruff at specific places only. Please suggest what this would be!!

I don't know whether I have a dry scalp or dandruff problem. Everytime I use some shampoo like Head & Shoulders, my hair and scalp remains normal and problem goes away for 2-3 days but then it resurfaces. Then have to use the shampoo again and this cycle repeats itself. I have used coconut oil, almond oil and Navratan but nothing works. Also my scalp is not that oily when I don't use any oil but it isn't too dry as well and hence I am confused. Please suggest me something because this has been happening to me since a long time and it is very irritating.

Please recommend some good skin lightening or brightening or glowing soaps to try out while on skin lightening treatment ( Supplements ).

I have been using Minoxidil 5% topical solution for a almost a week now after consulting with a Practo dermatologist. I now have an itchy scalp as well as small white flakes. I fear even more dryness and dandruff, due to continued usage later and because of the alcohol or Propylene Glycol in the topical solution. How should I counter these effects? Are there any specific shampoos and conditioners that you would recommend for it or any other home remedies that could help me take care of this problem completely? Ps. I have been treated for Seborrheic Dermatitis in the past and used Cipla 8x shampoo for it and later stopped when the problem went away

A month ago i got myself tested for ferritin levels And it was around 10.9 , i was having severe hairfall since last 3 months My dr gave me an injection Orofer Fcm 1k and then told to start R.B tOne tablets after 15 days and continue for 3 months My dermatologist gave me minoxidil 5% for control hairloss But its been a month i am on medication Applying minoxidil every night But still my hair loss is same Its becoming more severe i think Is their any other way to quickly raise my ferritin levels Or control my hairfall Bcoz uts very depressing, iam on medication but still my hairs are falling Please help me with this What else should i do to reduce this hairfall
