Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

You have quite a lot of inflammatory acne. You will require a combination of medications like oral antibiotics with anti-inflammatory effect, and topical medications. And you may also require long term isotretinoin to prevent acne and scarring. You will also require long term medications.

The is Grade 4 nodulo cystic acne. It will require long term medication under supervision and making sure ur base line parameters r normal. Avoid breaking or squeezing ur acne. Hydrate well and avoid oily and junk food. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
