Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi everyone, since last 2 weeks I noticed, it was very itchy near my thighs and now there have formed rashes of pinkish or light reddish color. It make me feel lil bit of uncomfortable, it's not always very itchy but sometimes very itchy, and I think it's spreading. So please Suggest something whatever I should do next? And yes I do take good care of my body, I take bath two times a day, never misses bath even in the winters. So what could be the reason and treatment?

I'm facing fungal infection in my arm. It's been 3 month but nothing happens I have taken various type of fungal infection medicine.

I have been recently diagnosed with Urticaria when I went to a nearby dermatologist for my skin itching situation. I've been prescribed with Bilashine 20mg tablet morning 1 hour before breakfast but after taking the tablet and having breakfast after 1 hour I kind of feel sleepy and sleep for 2-3 hours. Is this normal?

I am 21 years old. Never had covid. After getting covishield there has been a sudden increase in hairfall. It can't be alopecia or a hormonal imbalance. How can I get those two out of the blue at the same time that I got vaccinated.since I never had covid, I did not go through a stressful period which would cause telogen effluvium. Unlike many people I did not even feel weak or had high fever after taking any of the 2 doses.  Therefore it is highly unlikely. Even if it is then it has something to do with the vaccine only. Please help me out. This is getting very disheartening. What was the point of getting vaccinated then, if it will make me bald at such a young age. I haven't developed any patches so from outside it won't look like my hair is falling but it has definitely increased.
