Nice question, yes there are few reports which suggest that high carbohydrate diet and excess of milk and milk related products can cause acne. There are some suggested mechanism which are responsible for these flare up and high risk of acne in those having high carbohydrate diet and excess milk or milk related products . Take proper acne treatment after discussion and counselling
