Tumer like tissue is present in hand and upper part of belly..mild pain in abdomen since 3 month..but tumer like tissue is painless..

My vitamin b12 level is 260 pg/ml. My doctor prescribed 1500 mcg (methylcobalamin) vitamin b12  dietary supplement for 3months (daily one) I am also taking isotretinoin , I am at end of my course only 2 months left I had taken vb12 injections year back and got acne at the same time for which I am taking accutane. Will taking vitamin b12 supplement aggrevates acne again? How much level will increase if I take 1500mcg tablet for 3 months Is my vb12 low Can I increase  with food ( I am vegetarian) Shall I take nutritional yeast instead of vb12 tablets I am scared that taking tablets will again increase my acne.

Please suggest a good glycerin based moisturizer for body. One with glycerin only or maybe one or two good & safe ingredients.
