This specially occurs in summer time! I have red rashes all over my skull and hands and not on any other body parts! This rashes are very itchy and when i scratch them they excrete sticky fluid and blood! It does not happen in winters

Hi, I'm 23 years old and I've been developing these tiny red blood filled like bumps on my hands. They don't itch and neither they cause pain. I noticed this back in 2017 and since then it's been spreading slowly. But lately I've notice that they've increased rapidly and spread to other body parts such as back and stomach. Please guide further.
